In a bowl, add oats, peanut butter and salt (no need to mix). Set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter, sugar, cocoa powder and milk. Stirring occasionally, bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in oat mixture and vanilla.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on waxed paper, making a round indentation in the center of each cookie. Allow to cool for an hour. Add eggs to the center of each cookie
