M&M's Smores Brownies

Ingredients
Graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups graham crackers crumbs
  • 2 Tbs. white sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
M&M's® Brownies
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup M&M's®
Toppings
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 sheets graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • ⅓ cup M&M's®
Instructions
Graham cracker crust
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, white sugar and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
M&M's® Brownies
  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. In the melted butter saucepan, mix in white sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk in flour mixture until blended. Spread batter on top of the graham cracker crust in the baking pan. Sprinkle M&M's® on top of batter.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until done. Remove from oven.
Toppings
  1. Turn on oven's broiler.
  2. Top cooked brownies with mini marshmallows, graham cracker pieces and M&M's®.
  3. Broil for 1 minute until marshmallows are toasted.
