In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add in the milk, eggs, and butter. Mix until just combined. Fill each doughnut cavity until ⅔ full.
Bake for 8 minutes, or until done.
Whipped Cream
In a bowl, beat cream until firm peaks. Beat in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Assemble
Slice each doughnut in half. Spoon whipped cream on top of one half and place sliced strawberries on top. Place the other half of the doughnut on top. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and a strawberry.
