I always look forward to Easter every year. My whole family gets together and enjoys a big meal. Then after dinner, we have an egg hunt for the kids. The adults are even included in the fun and they have to search for a golden egg that’s full of money. Another fun part of Easter that I enjoy is making a cute Easter basket for my daughter.
Every year, I like to do a different Easter basket theme. I also do not like to include any candy in my baskets. With Easter just a couple weeks away, I went to Walmart to get started on my child’s basket. They had lots of cute Disney supplies to choose from. I knew I wanted to do a Disney Junior theme and I ended up deciding on Doc McStuffins.
I found all kinds of Doc McStuffins Easter basket items. In the Easter section at the front of the store, they had cute plush Doc McStuffins doctor bags that could be used as a basket. But I decided on a pink and purple classic type of basket instead. Near the baskets, I found Doc McStuffins tattoos and Fun on The Go & Play Pack for coloring. In the toy section, I found a kite, puzzle and a Dentist & Mr. Chomp toy.
Once I got home, I filled the basket with green paper grass and added all the items I bought. Then I placed the basket in a hiding spot so my toddler wouldn’t find it. I can’t wait for Easter. I am looking forward to seeing my child’s excitement when she sees her Doc McStuffins basket and when she is hunting for eggs.
