I always love quality, cute products for my toddler. I knew when I received the opportunity to review Stephen Joseph Gifts that my daughter was going to love them. After looking through all their adorable products, which include arts & crafts, bags, step stools, school gear, lunch gear, fashion accessories, room decor, toys and more. I finally decided on a lady bug raincoat with matching boots, bumblebee lunch bag with accessories, bumblebee backpack and a bead string set.
My toddler’s favorite items were the ladybug raincoat and lady bug rain boots. Whenever it’s raining, they are always the first thing she grabs. The rain gear keeps her dry and also when she is jumping in puddles. She even likes to wear the rubber boots when playing outside if it’s muddy. My daughter has definitely been getting her use out of her rain gear.
Besides being adorable, the raincoat is very comfortable. It zippers easily and the inside of the coat has a soft cotton liner. The interior even has a ID badge with lines for name and phone number. One feature I really like is that the coat’s hood has some elastic in it so it stays close to my daughter’s face when it’s raining. Another nice feature is the zipper cover which protects her chin from accidentally getting caught. The raincoat is a great quality and it’s even machine washable. I’m hoping my daughter will be able to wear it next Spring too since I ordered a size bigger.
My daughter will be going to kindergarten in two years and I am not looking forward to it at all. But at least she already has her Stephen Joseph school gear. I decided on a cute bumblebee theme. One reason I choose the bumblebee was because it was different and the other kids wouldn’t have it. I also liked the bright yellow color for safety reasons. The Lunch Pals lunch box is fully lined and insulated to keep food cold. The lunch box has an additional compartment on the bottom for extra storage. I also received reusable snack bags, a drink bottle and freezer friend to go along with the lunch box.
Of course, the lunch gear perfectly matches the bumblebee Sidekick Backpack. The backpack features cushioned adjustable shoulder straps and mesh side pockets. It also has a pouch for extra storage on the front. I love that everything matches and hopefully it will prevent her school gear from getting lost or taken by accident.
I personally loved all the practical items we received. But I also wanted to get my daughter something fun. I looked through their toy selection and decided to pick the garden Bead String Set. It comes with 6 character beads, 6 patterned beads, 22 assorted wooden beads and 2 coordinating laces. The set is for children 3 and up. My toddler is almost 3 and she can string the beads great. Sometimes the string might get caught on a rough piece inside the wood bead but she knows to try it again. It keeps her occupied for awhile and helps with her coordination.
I was very pleased with the quality of Stephen Joseph products and I loved the cuteness. I’m glad my toddler will be styling in her lady bug rain gear this year and then her bumblebee school gear in a couple years.
