No Bake Granola Bites Recipe

No Bake Granola Bites are a quick and easy snack that everyone will enjoy. They only take 5 minutes to make with five ingredients.

Everyone in my family loves peanut butter. I usually end up buying both crunchy and creamy peanut butter to suit our tastes. I can eat either kind, but I think my daughter leans more towards the creamy. My husband prefers crunchy on his PB&J, which isn’t the easiest to spread on bread. Besides making sandwiches, I also like to use peanut butter in recipes. One recipe we have been enjoying lately are my No Bake Granola Bites.

I recently learned about NEW Peter Pan® Simply Ground Peanut Butter and I thought it would be perfect for my family. I decided to head to Walmart to buy a container with my $.50 off coupon and to stock up on ingredients to make my No Bake Granola Bites.

The NEW Peter Pan® Simply Ground Original and Honey Roast are the perfect compromise between crunchy and creamy peanut butter.  It is creamy with a bit of crunch, which makes spreading it on bread easy. Unlike other peanut butters, there is no need to stir it before enjoying. Besides just being delicious, NEW Peter Pan® Simply Ground doesn’t contain any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

I knew NEW Peter Pan® Simply Ground’s texture would be perfect for sandwiches, but I was also excited to use it in my No Bake Granola Bites. They are a quick snack to make while using only five ingredients (peanut butter, oats, flax seed, honey and chocolate chips). The most important ingredient in the No Bake Granola Bites is peanut butter. It’s the glue that holds all the ingredients together while providing flavor and texture.

No Bake Granola Bites are one of the simplest snacks to make. You just need to mix together the peanut butter, oats, flax seed, honey and chocolate chips in a bowl. Then grab chunks of the mixture and roll it into balls. You can either enjoy the bites right away or you can store them in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat. My child loves helping to make them and also being able to grab them out of the fridge whenever she wants. These No Bake Granola Bites are a great snack that everyone will enjoy.
