White Chocolate Popcorn Recipe

White Chocolate Popcorn is a delicious, sweet snack. The popcorn is coated in white chocolate mixed with M&M’s and sprinkles.

Easter is one of my favorite holidays. I love the pastel colors, cute dresses, egg hunts and making Easter baskets. Every year, I always like to give my mom and grandma something on Easter. I have bought them flowers in the past, but this year I wanted to change it up. Since they both love chocolate and candy, I decided I wanted to buy them Easter candy and make White Chocolate Popcorn.

I went to Walmart to pick up the popcorn ingredients and some candy. They had a big selection of Easter candy to choose from in the front of the store and in the candy aisle. While looking through the candy, I was also looking for M&M’s® for my White Chocolate Popcorn. I found M&M’s® Easter Sundae, which is only available for limited time and exclusively at Walmart. I knew it would be perfect for the popcorn since it has a white center surrounded by milk chocolate.

I ended up purchasing an 8 ounce bag of M&M’s® Easter Sundae to use in the popcorn. I bought a 12oz DOVE® Milk Chocolate Easter Bunny, 12oz Starburst® Original Jellybeans, 4.5oz DOVE® Solid Milk Chocolate Bunny, Skittles® $1 egg and Skittles® $1 tube to give as gifts. I purchased 23.5oz Easter Mixed Brand Chocolates (package includes SNICKERS®, DOVE®, M&M’s®, TWIX®, MILKY WAY®, 3 Musketeers®), 11oz Easter M&M’s® Milk Chocolate and Hubba Bubba® $1 Bubble Tape for my household.

I am going to give my grandma the 12oz DOVE® Milk Chocolate Easter Bunny for Easter. Then for my mom, I made her an Easter basket filled with a bag of Starburst® Original Jellybeans, 4.5oz DOVE® Solid Milk Chocolate Bunny, Skittles® $1 egg, Skittles® $1 tube and a bag of White Chocolate Popcorn.

White Chocolate Popcorn is quick and easy to make. You just need four ingredients: popcorn, white chocolate, M&M’s® Easter Sundae and sprinkles. First, you need to cook the popcorn in the microwave and place the popped popcorn in a bowl. Then melt the white chocolate and pour it over the popcorn. Toss the popcorn and chocolate together until the popcorn is coated. Add in the M&M’s® and spread the popcorn mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Then top the White Chocolate Popcorn with sprinkles and allow it to cool.

White Chocolate Popcorn is a delicious, sweet treat that is perfect for Easter. It is great when served in a snack bowl for guests or as an Easter basket treat.
