I’ve been snacking on the original brand of the DeMet’s Candy line for years. The classic flavor of chocolate, caramel, and pecans has always been my favorite. Over the years, I’ve had friends tell me that they’d love these candies if something other than pecans were in them. Well, now everyone can enjoy these delicious reptile shaped candies. That’s because TURTLES® candies now come with almonds, hazelnuts, and cashews. They also offer varieties with sea salt caramel and dark chocolate for even more delicious flavor options.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t hoard my candies. Well, maybe a little. I do have a private stash. However, I keep some around to share the love with visitors, and I love to put these delicious candies into things like Christmas stockings and Easter baskets. I’ve also used TURTLES® candies in care packages, as well as welcome home and baby shower gift baskets. They make a nutty, tasty addition to any swag filled container, and with all the varieties, I know I’ll be able to get something for everyone.

For all of my adult life and most of my childhood, these candies have been my go to snack when I want something chocolaty and delicious, and I’ve been sharing the love for all of that time as well.
