Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. white sugar
  • 2 Tbs. butter, softened
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 T. milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 Tbs. mini chocolate chips
Brownie Bites
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Frosting
  • ¾ c. butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1½ cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  1. In a bowl, cream together brown sugar, white sugar and butter. Mix in the vanilla and milk. Then mix in the flour and salt. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  2. Shape into balls and place covered in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Brownie Bites
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add in mini chocolate chips.
  4. In the melted butter saucepan, mix in white sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk in flour mixture until blended.
  5. Cover the bottom of each muffin cup with batter. Place a chocolate chip cookie dough ball on top and fill ¾ full with batter.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until done. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then remove from pan.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Frosting
  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar. Mix in the flour and salt.
  2. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar alternately with the vanilla extract and milk. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Pipe or spread frosting onto each cooled brownie bite.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of the frosted brownie bites.
