Banana Split Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious drink that is packed with protein and fruit. It makes a great snack, meal or a healthy dessert option.
Last year, I started making smoothies to become healthier. I usually rotate between drinking fruit and green smoothies for a snack or meal. It is also an easy way for me to reach my recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables. One of my current favorite fruit smoothies is my Banana Split Protein Smoothie.
For added nutrition in my smoothies, I like to use EAS Complete Protein. It is available at Walmart near the pharmacy and vitamin section.
EAS Complete Protein can help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals when combined with an active lifestyle. It can also help you manage your weight and increase your energy. EAS Complete Protein is available in protein powders and ready to drink protein shakes.
The EAS Complete Protein Powder is available in vanilla and chocolate flavors. Each container has a sealed top and scoop located in the lid. EAS Complete Protein Power is supplemented with calcium, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Besides benefiting your muscles, EAS Complete Protein Powder benefits your bones and digestive system too.
A must-have for smoothie making is a Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Blender. I bought one last year and I love it. It is so much easier to use and clean than my other full-sized high powered blenders. Making smoothies is very easy and quick to do. To make my Banana Split Smoothie, you just need to add the frozen fruit, greek yogurt and protein powder to your blender. Then blend until thoroughly combined. My Banana Split Smoothie makes a delicious snack, meal or healthy dessert option.
- 1 frozen sliced banana
- ¼ cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup frozen pineapples
- ¼ cup frozen cherries
- ½ cup greek yogurt or milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- In a blender, add in all ingredients and blend until thoroughly combined.

Oh I could go for a banana split smoothie right now. I’m reaching my health goals by eating a high fat/low carb diet. I’m not working out anymore, but I’ve lost 40lbs in just a few months, and counting! I do need to add weight lifting back into the routine, but it will come later this fall. #client
