Mini Barbecue Chicken Pizzas are a great snack that everyone will love. They only contain 5 ingredients and they are ready in less than 30 minutes.
My family likes to snack and I like to make a variety of snacks for them. The snacks I make usually are simple and easy. I decided to make my Mini Barbecue Chicken Pizzas this week for a snack in honor of Farm Rich’s Back Your Snack contest.
If you want to a chance to win $10,000 in Farm Rich’s Back Your Snack Contest, you just have to submit your own easy snack by 8/23. The recipe has to include a Farm Rich frozen appetizer, Walmart fresh item and any special ingredients (up to 6 ingredients total). For all of the details, check out the rule book. You can also find the upcoming demos in stores of the semi- finalists on 9/19 and 9/20, and the finalists on 10/9 and 10/11.
I had to run to Walmart to get a couple ingredients to make my Mini Barbecue Chicken Pizzas. I picked up Farm Rich‘s Barbecue Boneless Chicken Bites from the freezer section.
I also picked up a red onion in their produce section for a pizza topping.
Making my Mini Barbecue Chicken Pizzas are easy and quick. They only require five ingredients and they take less than 30 minutes to make. First thing, you have to do is make the barbecue boneless chicken bites according to the package directions.
After the oven is preheated, place the sliced English muffins onto a baking pan. Then toast them for 5 minutes.
Remove the toasted English muffins halves from the oven and top each one with bbq sauce, cheese, red onion and chicken bites. Then put the pizzas back in the oven for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
