Cranberry Sauce Pie

  • 2 cups crushed gingersnap cookies
  • 6 Tbs. melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbs. butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups thick cranberry sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Place gingersnap cookies into a blender, blend until sand consistency.
  3. In a bowl, combine gingersnap crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into pie pan.
  4. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  5. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar. Spread mixture onto cooled crust.
  6. Spread cranberry sauce on top.
  7. Chill and Enjoy!
