Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream Pie

- 1½ cups graham crackers crumbs
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 6 T. butter, melted
- 5 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 3 T. peanut butter
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake for 7 minutes. Let cool.
- In a high powered blender or food processor, mix slightly thawed banana slices until ice cream consistency. Then add in peanut butter until blended.
- Scoop ice cream mixture into the pie crust. Place pie in freezer until ready to eat.
