Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream Pie

Graham cracker crust
  • 1½ cups graham crackers crumbs
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 6 T. butter, melted
"Ice Cream"
  • 5 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 3 T. peanut butter

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes. Let cool.
"Ice Cream"
  1. In a high powered blender or food processor, mix slightly thawed banana slices until ice cream consistency. Then add in peanut butter until blended.
  2. Scoop ice cream mixture into the pie crust. Place pie in freezer until ready to eat.
