Easy French Dip Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 14.5 oz. Campbell's Soups for Easy Cooking in Sweet Onion
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 pound sliced roast beef
  • 4 steak rolls
  • 4 provolone cheese slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a saucepan, heat Campbell's Soups for Easy Cooking, beef broth, garlic powder and pepper over medium-high heat. Add in the roast beef and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. On a cookie sheet, place opened rolls. Bake for 2 minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. Add slices of roast beef on rolls and top with a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. Bake sandwiches for 3 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Serve sandwiches with a small dipping bowl of the cooking broth.
