Guacamole

- 4 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup red onion
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbs. cilantro
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- In a bowl, add avocados, lime juice and salt. Mash together with a fork.
- Mix in onion, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic.
- Chill and Enjoy!
