Cheddar Cheese Fondue

- 2 cups Kraft finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
- In a bowl, toss cheese with cornstarch. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Mix in garlic and mustard powder.
- Reduce heat to low. Gradually mix in the cheese mixture using a figure eight motion with fork.
- Once cheese is melted, mix in Worcestershire sauce and season with pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a fondue pot.
- Serve with bread cubes, Granny Smith apples, cauliflower and broccoli.
