My family loves eating popcorn. We make popcorn at least once a week as a late night snack. But I also like to change it up by making a sweet popcorn treat occasionally. One of our favorites is my Oreo Popcorn, which is quick and easy to make. You just need three ingredients: popcorn, white chocolate and Oreo cookies. First, you need to cook the popcorn in the microwave and place the popped popcorn in a bowl. Then melt the white chocolate and pour it over the popcorn. Toss the popcorn and white chocolate together until the popcorn is coated. Mix in the crushed Oreos and spread the popcorn mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Then allow it to cool and start snacking. Oreo Popcorn is a delicious, sweet treat that everyone won’t be able to stop eating.
- 1 bag of popcorn
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 24 Oreos, crushed
- Cook popcorn in microwave according to package directions. Place popped popcorn into a bowl.
- Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Pour melted white chocolate over popcorn and toss until coated. Mix in the crushed Oreos.
- Spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Allow to cool.

I never stored it for an extended period since my family usually devours it within a day. But I think it should be fine for a few days in a sealed bag.
