Guacamole Recipe

Guacamole is a must when you are enjoying Mexican food, or really anytime as an appetizer, snack, dip, topping and more!

If you are a sports fan, then you know what March is all about. It’s a huge month for Basketball and it’s playing on TVs everywhere. When we are watching the games at home, we like to enjoy yummy foods that are easy to snack on. Of course, one food we always include is my guacamole recipe.

While I was at Walmart looking for additional snack ideas, I came across Delimex products. I knew they would be perfect to enjoy while watching the game.

I ended up buying Delimex Chicken & Cheese Taquitos and Beef & Cheddar Rolled Tacos. Besides being tasty, they are also simple to make. They can either be cooked in the microwave for less than two minutes or in the oven for 11 minutes.

Guacamole is also very easy to make and it only takes 10 minutes. In a bowl, you just have to mash the avocados, lime juice and salt together. Then chop up and mix in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. That’s it!

You can cover and chill it until you are ready to eat. Guacamole is great with chips, but it is also delicious to use an a dip for Delimex taquitos & tacos.
