Having Fun on the Rockboard Scooter

No matter what your age, scooters are always fun. As soon as I heard about the Rockboard Scooter, I knew my husband would have a blast on it. Rockboard offers several different types of scooters to choose from. The Rockboard Mini Scooter is for ages 5+ and has a weight limit of 90 pounds. The Rockboard RBZ and RBX are for ages 8+ or adults up to 220 pounds. Since my daughter is too young to ride one, my husband was the lucky recipient. I decided to get him the Rockboard Original Scooter in orange, which is meant for ages 8+ with a 200 pound weight limit.

When the scooter arrived, we were excited to try it out. Thankfully it comes full assembled so we basically just needed to unfold it. The scooter is sturdily built with a steel frame. It features 200mm urethane wheels, a front brake lever and a kickstand. The Rockboard Original is a two-in-one scooter. It can be used as a traditional kick scooter or it can easily be turned into rock mode. My husband and I have both used kick scooters before so we wanted to try the rock mode right away. My husband was the first to test it out and he mastered it almost instantly. I was a little wary about getting on it since I was afraid of falling, but I got on the scooter. It was actually pretty easy to figure out. I just pushed put one foot on the board then pushed off with my other foot. Then used my feet to rock back and forth on the board to propel myself forward. Once you get going, you can reach speeds up to 10mph. If I was still young and fearless, I would of loved trying to go as fast as possible every time. My husband actually does go pretty fast on it and he enjoys using it. I actually have came home several times with him in the driveaway riding on it. The Rockboard Scooter is fun to ride, and it’s great for kids and adults.
