Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is a delicious twist on classic pizza.
I teamed up with #CollectiveBias and Kraft #FoodDeservesDelicious to make a delicious recipe using Kraft pourable dressings. I didn’t want to use it for the normal uses like dipping or simple salad recipes. I had to make something for dinner and I decided to make a Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. I heard the new Kraft Pourables dressings have been reinvented with a new, better taste. I wanted to try their improved version so I headed to Walmart to purchase Kraft dressing.
While I was looking at the different dressings, I found a $1 off coupon for a purchase of two dressings attached to some of the bottles. I used the coupon to purchase Kraft Classic Ranch Dressing Lite and Zesty Italian Dressing Lite. The Classic Ranch is supposed to be creamier with more buttermilk and savory herbs. The new Zesty Italian has even more herbs & spices. I’m not sure what I am going to use the Zesty Italian Dressing for yet but I figured it was good to have.
Once I got home, my husband cooked the bacon for me. I decided to use our Griddler for the first time. It cooked the chicken breasts in 8 minutes! I was thrilled how quick and easy it was to use. I even ordered the Waffle Plates inserts for it now. Once the meat was ready, I preheated the oven according to the pizza dough directions. I placed the dough onto our pizza stone and put it in the oven. I baked it for 8 minutes and took it out. I spread the ranch dressing onto the crust. I sprinkled one cup cheese over the dressing and added the toppings (chicken, bacon, red onion, tomato). I sprinkled the remaining one cup cheese over the toppings. Then placed the pizza back in the oven for 8 minutes. The pizza was then ready to eat. We cut it into slices and ate it up. It was really tasty and a great change of pace from normal pizza. I will be making Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza for dinner again!

Oh my goodness! That is the cutest idea!

What kind of dough did you use? I have used the kind that comes in a tube and it usually gives me a much thinner crust. Yours looks so fluffy. Yummy!!
Allie says
I used Pillsbury Classic Pizza Dough in the tube. I was a little hesitant to use it. Since I wasn’t sure how it would taste but it turned out good.

I’ve made a similar pizza for awhile–my husband loves pizza, but he’s not a fan of the red sauce! I love to add peppers to this, but I’ve never tried the tomato on it. Your crust looks really yummy.

One of my favorite pizza combinations! I love how you used Roma tomatoes on the pizza too.
