School lunches get boring, let’s be honest. We parents get rushed. We’re and rolling, trying to get the day started. Meanwhile, the kids can’t find their shoes – which are in the same spot they’re always in – they forgot to give you that paper that needed to be signed yesterday, they forgot their homework. It could be any of those things and more. It’s the classic school morning rush. That usually equates to another day of a boring plain lunch.
