Baked Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings are a delicious appetizer, snack or dinner that will be a family favorite.
Chicken wings are always delicious, but they are messy and not very kid friendly. Whenever my family wants wings, we always order boneless wings. They are a lot easier to eat and our child can eat them without help. I have been craving boneless wings lately, but I didn’t feel like eating the normal fried boneless wings. While trying to figure out what to make for dinner, I decided to make my family homemade baked boneless wings. My Baked Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings were a big hit and everyone loved them.
Making your own boneless wings at home is more economical and a healthier choice since they aren’t fried. To make boneless wings, you just need to cut up chicken tenderloins, dip them in beaten eggs and coat them in a crumb mixture. Then bake them on a wire rack for crispness in the oven and toss the baked chicken pieces in sauce. Boneless wings are easy to make and you can pick any sauce you want. If your family enjoys garlic parmesan, then you need to make my Baked Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings as a delicious appetizer, snack or dinner.

Hi! What do you mean by “spray with oil?” Is that vegetable oil, or olive oil, or either? About how much do you use?
Thanks!

Any type of oil spray will work. A mist of spray on top just helps with crispness.
