Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream is easy and quick to make. It only contains 4 ingredients and doesn’t require an ice cream machine. It’s also delicious!
I use cream cheese pretty often when cooking or baking. I use it in fruit dips, icings, desserts, appetizer dips and dinner items. So I was excited when I received the opportunity to partner with #CollectiveBias to #SpreadTheFlavor with Philadelphia Cream Cheese’s revamped flavors with more fruit and vegetables. I recently went to Walmart and stocked up on their cream cheese. I don’t shop at Walmart that often so I usually get confused while looking for the cream cheese every time. I always want to look in the yogurt and cheese section for some reason. But the cream cheese is located in the aisle with the orange juice and refrigerated biscuits.
Walmart had lots of Philadelphia cream cheese flavors to choose from. The chive & onion and blueberry sounded really good. But I ended up buying several strawberry cream cheese tubs for $2.58 each.
I have never tried flavored cream cheese before so I was looking forward to it. I went right home and opened one up to try it. The Philadelphia strawberry cream cheese is a pretty pink color and has pieces of strawberries throughout the tub. We really liked the strawberry flavor plus it makes it really convenient if you are adding it to dishes for a flavor boost.
I wanted to make something with the strawberry cream cheese so I decided to make Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. The ice cream is easy and quick to make. It only contains 4 ingredients and doesn’t require an ice cream machine.
Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream is only made up of Philadelphia strawberry cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk and graham crackers. In my stand mixer, I added the whipping cream and condensed milk. I beat it with the whisk attachment until stiff and fluffy. Then I added the softened strawberry cream cheese just until it was mostly blended. I broke the graham crackers into pieces and folded them into the mixture. I transferred the ice cream into a freezer safe container and placed it in the freezer to get hard. Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream is a yummy simple treat that anyone can make.
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz. Philadelphia strawberry cream cheese, softened
- 5 graham crackers sheets, roughly chopped
- In a bowl, whisk the whipping cream and condensed milk until stiff and fluffy. Add cream cheese until mostly blended. Fold in graham cracker pieces.
- Transfer mixture to a freezer safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Enjoy!

Nice! Although I wonder if there are less sweep options out there.

They do make fat free or reduced fat versions of all the ingredients. I haven’t tried using them so I’m not sure what the outcome would be.
