Easter was a couple days ago and many of us probably still have at least a dozen eggs leftover. You may have stocked up thinking you were going to use all of them for dying eggs, making hard boiled Easter eggs or egg crafts. I personally stocked up just because how cheap the sale prices were on eggs. I have been making lots of egg dishes like egg salad and deviled eggs with mine. If you are looking for ways to use up your eggs or just want to eat more eggs, then check out these amazing Egg Dish Recipes from some of my favorite bloggers.
