Ingredients
Cookie Butter Cupcakes
  • 2 cup flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups milk
Cookie Butter Frosting
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 1½ cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbs. milk, or until desired consistency
Instructions
Cookie Butter Cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place baking liners in muffin pans.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and white sugar. Mix in cookie butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix in flour mixture and milk alternately, until blended.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until done.
Cookie Butter Frosting
  1. In a bowl, beat together butter and cookie butter. Gradually mix in confectioners' sugar and the milk as needed. Beat frosting for 5 minutes.
  2. Pipe the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes.
