Our fridge is always stocked with yogurt. My husband likes to pack it in his lunchbox for work or he eats it at home for a snack. Our toddler also enjoys snacking on yogurt throughout the day. I like to use yogurt in my smoothies or sometimes I even use it in baking recipes. I recently bought a large container of vanilla Greek yogurt that was on sale that I needed to use. I also had lots of fruit that was ripe in the house. I decided to use some of the yogurt and fruit to make Rainbow Fruit Parfaits….
