Green Smoothie Pancakes are a delicious breakfast that use the same main ingredients as a green smoothie: spinach, banana and Greek yogurt.
Green smoothies are a delicious, healthy drink. I usually like to freeze overripe bananas to use later to make smoothies. But I wanted to make something different with my overripe bananas. I decided to make Green Smoothie Pancakes. The pancakes contain the same basic green smoothie ingredients: spinach, banana and Greek yogurt. Green Smoothie Pancakes are a great way to add some fruit and vegetables to your morning breakfast.
