Baked Mint Chocolate Chip Doughnuts are great anytime of day. They have a delicious mint flavor with chocolate chips in every bite and a chocolate glaze.

I love the flavor combination of mint and chocolate. I wanted to enjoy it in a new way than just eating ice cream or chocolate mints. Since I have been craving doughnuts, I decided to make Baked Mint Chocolate Chip Doughnuts. I bought a donut pan a few months ago and I have been having so much fun with it. My family can enjoy doughnuts whenever we want now. We also don’t feel that guilty eating them since they are baked instead of being fried like store bought doughnuts. Baked Mint Chocolate Chip Doughnuts have a delicious mint flavor with chocolate chips in every bite. To add to the chocolate goodness, they are topped with a chocolate glaze. These Mint Chocolate Chip Doughnuts are great anytime of day as breakfast, a snack, dessert or green themed treat for St. Patrick’s Day….

Stop buying overpriced bags of potato chips and start making your own at home. These Baked Potato Chips are easy to make and taste delicious.

My family likes potato chips, but I hardly ever buy them. Chips are definitely not a healthy snack since they are fried. It is also expensive to buy a bag of chips that only contains a small amount of chips inside. I decided to make my own potato chips at home for a cheaper and healthier version. Making Baked Potato Chips are very easy to make especially if you have a mandolin slicer. You just need to clean the potatoes and slice them into 1/8 inch slices. Then toss the potato slices in olive oil and season with salt. Place the potato slices on a tray and bake in the oven until crispy. It’s that easy and they taste delicious. Your family will love these Baked Potato Chips as a snack or to eat with their sandwich at lunch….

Making lunch at home can get boring. I often get into a routine of rotating between the same meal options. But after awhile, I need to break the routine and start spicing up our lunches again. To procrastinate cleaning the house, I started browsing Pinterest and saw a pin for turkey roll ups. I’m not sure how I forgot about making roll ups aka pinwheels.
