Valentine’s Day is only a month away! I always like to celebrate it by making fun treats for my family. One treat I am making this year are my Oreo Cookie Hearts. They are just like Oreo cookie balls, but the hearts are a lot easier to make. I do not like to dip balls in melted chocolate or wafers. It is usually time-confusing and frustrating. After my last dipping experience, I decided it was best and quicker just to use molds when possible. Molds are simple to use and they are available in pretty designs. You just need to coat the inside of the shape with melted wafers and allow it to harden for a short time. Then add the filling to the mold and top it with melted wafers. After it hardens, you remove the treats from the mold and you are done. Using a silicone heart mold was so much easier than trying to dip and decorate balls. If you are looking for an easy Valentine’s Day treat to make your family, then you need to make Oreo Cookie Hearts….

I tried cookie butter for the first time a couple years ago and it was love at first taste. Now I always have at least one jar in my cupboard. It’s my favorite topping to use on waffles and pancakes. While I was online checking out Kraft recipes, I discovered their Cookie Butter Cheesecake and I knew I had to try it!…
Hot Chocolate Cookies Recipe
One of the great parts of the holidays is all the cookies. Everyone is baking and giving each other plates of cookies. Some people are even having cookie exchanges which I love. I recently participated in the Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap and I received lots of delicious cookies. I also sent out boxes of my Hot Chocolate Cookies for the cookie swap. They are filled with chocolaty goodness and go great with a cup of hot chocolate. Hot Chocolate Cookies are the perfect cookie to enjoy during the holidays or while curled up beside the fire. …

Guess which cute yellow guys are now available to watch on Blu-ray/DVD? Minions © 2015 Universal Studios. All rights reserved. Yay! My family has been wanting to watch the movie since it was released in theaters over the summer. But we haven’t dared to take our three year old to a movie yet. I knew as soon as the movie was released that I would be picking up a copy. In honor of Illumination Entertainment’s Minions movie, I decided to create minion Banana Pudding Cups to enjoy while watching the movie….
Smores Chocolate Fondue Recipe
My husband and I had went to our first fondue restaurant many years ago and we loved it. We used to go on our our anniversary every year. But ever since becoming parents, we haven’t had the opportunity to go. It’s hard to find a few hours free plus the restaurant is also expensive. I can now make my own fondue at home thanks to my new 3-in-1 Alto Electric Fondue Set. Of course, I had to make chocolate first so I decided to make a Smores Chocolate Fondue….
Zombie Dirt Cups Recipe
While I was shopping last week, I came across some neat Halloween edible decorations. I found little tombstones with bones, which I used to make my Graveyard Dirt Cups. I also found zombie gummy lollipops by the baking and candy aisles. I thought the zombie hand lollipops would look great coming out of a dirt cake. If you haven’t heard of dirt cake, it is a pudding mixture layered with crushed cookies served in a large bowl. I usually serve it in little cups for individual servings and it also makes it easy to carry around at a party. These Zombie Dirt Cups are a quick, no bake dessert that are perfect for a Halloween party or as a fun treat for kids….
Graveyard Dirt Cups Recipe
While I was shopping, I browsed through the Halloween section and saw some neat edible decorations. I found little tombstones with bones that were meant to decorate cupcakes or cakes. As soon as I saw them, I knew they would go great on top of dirt cake. If you haven’t heard of dirt cake, it is a pudding mixture layered with crushed cookies served in a bowl or in cups. To go along with the graveyard theme, I used chocolate pudding and crushed chocolate cream-filled cookies to represent dirt. The Graveyard Dirt Cups are a quick, no bake dessert that is perfect for a Halloween party or as a fun treat for the kids….
